Sarah Cauchi

Chief Operating Officer, US

Sarah commenced her career at Appco Group in early 2005, working as a part of the operations team in Sydney.

Moving into a Client Account Manager role in 2006, Sarah gained experience working in both the Telecommunications and Energy Divisions.

During this time Sarah was also responsible for the set-up and development of pilot campaigns, coordinating all facets of the campaign start-up including IT and infrastructure, sales support, operations, and resource allocation.

Sarah was appointed as the Australian General Manager of Operations in 2009 and was instrumental in the development and implementation of several campaigns across multiple divisions.

Sarah now brings her years of experience to the USA after recently being appointed Chief Operating Officer, US. Sarah’s experience in account management, operations, and sales support, is an asset to the growing US market.

Sarah has a strong work ethic and takes a hands-on approach to all responsibilities, working closely with her team to achieve results.

Michael Scully

Vice President, Appco Group

Michael started in London in 1991 while on a summer break before he was due to start a maths degree at Oxford University.

He quickly understood the incredible opportunities available and much to his parents' dismay decided not to pursue his studies so he could concentrate on building a team. Michael's energy and enthusiasm really helped him build a team and he opened his first office in Newcastle when he was just 19 years old.

Michael was promoted to run the Product Division in 1998 and he moved to Manchester when Tony Fernandez set off to open India.

Michael's passion for the business shone through and, in 2002, he got involved in the Charity Division lifting it to new heights and going on to earn his promotion to Vice President in 2003.

Always looking for a new challenge Michael was then promoted to Product Manager in the Energy Division before going on to pioneer the expansion in Europe by going on to open Germany in 2004.

Ogo Ekweozor

Country Head, US

After completing her academic qualifications in LLB (Honours) Law, Ogo decided to do something unconventional and joined an Appco Group Marketing Company in December 2002.

Eager to achieve success, Ogo opened One Way Marketing Ltd in Cardiff within just ten months. The achievements of her Company have always been based in her long-term investment in people and have seen her rise to Organisational Head.

Ogo's philosophy is simple: You were born to be great, just open your eyes and see. Ogo is natural choice to be one of the founding Country Heads of Appco's US venture.

Chris Rudge

Country Head, US

Chris joined an Appco Group Marketing Company in 2003 in Manchester.

Coming from a background of hospitality business management, Chris's natural enthusiasm for sales fast-tracked his progression from Field Representative to Managing Director of his own Company in 2004.

With a heavy focus in the Fundraising industry, Chris's Organisation now spans four cities across two countries and encompasses a sales force of over 100 Field Representatives.

Chris's key strengths in building relationships and developing people have made him a great choice to be one of the founding Country Heads of the Appco Group's new venture into the US. He is also an Organisational Head.

Will Lyon

Country Head, US

Will Lyon became Managing Director of his own Company, Playfair Enterprises, an affiliate of Appco Group, in 2005. Originally from

England, Will's Organisation began in Sydney, promoting one of the largest Energy retailers in Australia.

Today, Will's group of companies is now represented in six cities across three countries, marketing on behalf of clients in the energy and fundraising industries.

Over the past two years, Will has been a major contributor to the growth and ongoing quality of fundraising campaigns in Australia and plans to take these skills to the US as one of Appco Group's Country Heads in its US venture.
